Inside Sales Rep

Are you comfortable in phone based sales, work hard to succeed, and want to learn and grow at this point in your career?

readMedia wants to talk to you. We're looking for people who are comfortable with the idea of cold calling and are smart and personable enough to execute on a winning sales strategy. We will train you in a proven, successful, high integrity process that will allow you to contribute and learn. The best candidates are hard working, enthusiastic people who want to learn; they possess great people skills, integrity and a desire to earn money that matches their results. The tools and training we provide will give you the chance to build a career at a young, fast-growing company.

You should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Energetic and highly motivated to succeed
  • Cold calling or related direct sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in a direct sales environment
  • Strong Internet and computer literacy skills, especially with web applications (Gmail, Facebook, Twitter)
  • Excellent people skills and the ability build rapport over the phone
  • Confidence and competence in presenting complex information to prospects
  • Strong conversational and written communication skills--you must write well!
  • Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated; able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • 4-year college degree
